We hope you are delighted with your MICHAEL M handcrafted creation purchased from michaelmcollection.com. If for any reason you decide not to keep your online purchase, MICHAEL M will accept online merchandise in its original condition for a full refund when accompanied with original packaging - tags, boxes, bags - with no signs of wear or scratches. Refunds will be issued in the same form as was utilized for payment. All items with custom engraving are final sale.
The return window for online purchases is 30 days from the date of delivery. Please email your Return Request with your Order Confirmation and item you’d like to return to our Customer Excellence Team - customer@michaelmcollection.com
All items purchased on our website must be returned by following our online Return Policy and cannot be returned to an Authorized Retail Partner or any other channel. After (30) calendar days from receipt, all sales are considered final.
To facilitate a seamless process and a timely refund, please follow the return instructions below:
You will receive an email within (1-2) business days after submitting your Return Request from our Customer Excellence team, which will include (1) a Return Authorization (RA) Number, (2) a FedEx Return Shipping Label, and (3) Instructions about what must be included with your return shipment.
Please note that all packages received MUST have your unique Return Authorization (RA) Number clearly listed on the outside of the package. If it is NOT visible, the package will be refused and returned to the sender, and your return will not be accepted. If you do not have a Return Authorization Number, please email us at customer@michaelmcollection.com
- Print the prepaid shipping label and attach it to the package.
- Call FedEx at +1.800.463.3339 to schedule a home pickup or bring your return package at the nearest FedEx drop location. All returns shipped using the prepaid shipping label are complimentary.
- Once we receive your returned item, it will be evaluated to ensure that the item is in original condition. If there are any visible signs of wear and tear, or if the jewelry is otherwise not in original condition, the item(s) will be returned to sender, and no return credit will be offered. Returns will be processed within approximately 7-10 business days and credited back to the original form of payment. Please note any shipping charges incurred at the time of purchase are non-refundable.

If you’re considering an exchange of your online purchase for a different item, size, or variation, please note exchanges are only eligible within 30 days from the date of delivery.
Kindly note that your purchase will only be accepted for exchange by MICHAEL M if it is in original unused condition with original packaging and absolutely no signs of wear.

Once we’ve received your item for exchange consideration, it will be evaluated to ensure that the item is in original condition. If there are any visible signs of wear and tear, or if the jewelry is otherwise not in perfect condition, item(s) will be returned to sender and no exchange will be offered. Once the exchange is accepted, MICHAEL M will send you a confirmation email.
Exchanges for alternate sizes/colors are not guaranteed to be in stock and may require an additional wait time of 2-4 weeks.
